From your first conversation to a completed package, here's exactly what to expect at every step.
We've designed Legacy Blueprint to be thorough without being overwhelming.

Initial Consultation
We start with a conversation — no paperwork, no pressure. You tell us about your family, your situation, and what matters most to you. We listen, answer your questions, and explain exactly what the process involves.
This call typically takes 30–45 minutes and can be done by phone or video.

Information Gathering
We provide a comprehensive checklist so you can gather every category your family may need: important contacts, identity records, financial accounts, insurance policies, legal documents, medical directives, property records, and final wishes.
We will email the checklist in advance of our meeting so you have plenty of time to gather everything.

In-Person Meeting
When you are ready, we meet to compile your Blueprint Essentials - the document that provides your family with a summary of your important information. For security purposes, only the last four digits of sensitive information will be included. We also help you organize your documents into clearly labeled folders.
You can store originals or copies of your documents in the folders - that's up to you!

Review and Analysis
Once your documents are assembled, we review everything together. We check for completeness, flag anything that needs attention, and make sure every document is current, properly labeled, and easy to locate.
This step often reveals gaps that families didn't know existed and we help you close them.

Fireproof Package Assembly
Your documents are organized into a secure, clearly labeled fire-resistant package. Everything is arranged so that your trusted contact can find exactly what they need, exactly when they need it.
The finished package is yours to keep, update, and pass on.
